Hope Flow Studios may use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill the requested product or service.

Hope Flow Studios LLC retains full ownership of every original design, song, recording, and digital file. Your purchase grants you a license to use the work according to the terms provided for that product. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the original work.

For Hope Flow Designs digital files: customers may use purchased designs for personal use and for creating finished physical products for commercial use, unless the individual product states otherwise.

Customers may NOT:

• Resell the original digital file
• Share the original digital file
• Redistribute the original digital file
• Upload the original file to another marketplace for resale
• Claim ownership of the original Hope Flow Studios design

Finished physical products created using the licensed design may be sold where permitted by the product license.

Personalized songs are created specifically for the customer. However, Hope Flow Studios LLC retains ownership of the original song, recording, and production unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

The customer receives the usage rights provided with their purchased package.

Purchasing a personalized song does not automatically transfer ownership of the master recording, composition, or original creative work.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.

Personalized or custom digital services may become non-refundable once work has begun, because they are created specifically for the customer, except where required by law.

Hope Flow Studios uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect customer information. No website or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This website may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, hosting providers, and shipping services. Those providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

This website and our services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
