Standard, non-custom apparel may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery if the item is new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The 7-day period begins on the delivery date, not the purchase date.
Digital products and downloadable files are non-refundable once delivered.
Personalized music and custom digital services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Custom and personalized physical products, including business apparel and custom drinkware, are final sale once production begins.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or Hope Flow Studios made an error with the order, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Every return, exchange, or order issue is reviewed by Hope Flow Studios. Depending on the situation, an approved resolution may include a replacement or remake, Hope Flow Cash store credit, a refund to the original payment method, or another resolution agreed upon with the customer. Shipping charges are not refunded or credited unless Hope Flow Studios approves them as part of the resolution.
Hope Flow Cash is Hope Flow Studios store credit and may be used toward eligible Hope Flow Studios purchases. It cannot be withdrawn or used outside Hope Flow Studios and is not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. It is separate from a refund to the original payment method.
