Version 1.0 Every digital product sold by Hope Flow Studios LLC is delivered with the license below unless the individual product page states different terms. WHAT YOU MAY DO You may use the file for personal projects. You may print the design on physical products. You may create shirts, cups, tumblers, signs, decor, and other physical merchandise. You may sell the finished physical products you make with the design. You may use the design for your own small business production. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO You may not resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original digital file. You may not upload the original file to any marketplace, print on demand catalog, or file sharing service as a downloadable product. You may not include the original file in a bundle, course, or template pack. You may not claim authorship of the artwork. You may not register the artwork, or any close derivative of it, as a trademark. You may not use the artwork in anything hateful, explicit, or contrary to the Christian message this studio exists to share. OWNERSHIP Hope Flow Studios LLC retains full ownership and copyright of every original design, song, recording, and file. Your purchase grants you a license to use the work as described above. It does not transfer ownership. LICENSE LEVELS Personal: personal use only, no resale of products made with the design. Standard: personal use plus small business production and sale of finished physical products. Extended: standard rights with higher production volume for growing shops and teams. Exclusive: negotiated directly with the studio, with the artwork removed from sale after purchase. CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED MUSIC Personalized songs are licensed for personal and family use, including private sharing and social posts that credit Hope Flow Music. Commercial release, streaming distribution, or broadcast use requires a written agreement with the studio. REFUNDS Digital products are delivered instantly and are final sale.
