Every digital product sold by Hope Flow Studios LLC is delivered with the license below unless the individual product page states different terms.
WHAT YOU MAY DO
For digital artwork and design products where applicable:
You may use the file for personal projects.
You may print the design on physical products.
You may create shirts, cups, tumblers, signs, decor, and other physical merchandise.
You may sell the finished physical products you make with the design.
You may use the design for your own small business production.
For all digital products:
You may use the purchased digital file or recording for personal, non-commercial use.
You may keep a personal copy for your own records and enjoyment.
WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not resell, share, gift, or redistribute the original digital file.
You may not upload the original file to any marketplace, print on demand catalog, or file sharing service as a downloadable product.
You may not include the original file in a bundle, course, or template pack.
You may not claim authorship of the artwork.
You may not register the artwork, or any close derivative of it, as a trademark.
You may not use the artwork in anything hateful, explicit, or contrary to the Christian message this studio exists to share.
OWNERSHIP
Hope Flow Studios LLC retains full ownership of every original design, song, recording, and digital file. Your purchase grants you a license to use the work according to the terms provided for that product. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the original work.
LICENSE LEVELS
Personal: personal use only, no resale of products made with the design.
Standard: personal use plus small business production and sale of finished physical products.
Extended: standard rights with higher production volume for growing shops and teams.
Exclusive: negotiated directly with the studio, with the artwork removed from sale after purchase.
HOPE FLOW BOOKZ E-BOOK LICENSE
Permissions depend on the type of digital product purchased. The digital artwork permissions above apply to Hope Flow Designs products only. They do not apply to e-books.
PERSONAL USE ONLY. Unless a specific product page explicitly states otherwise, purchasing a Hope Flow Bookz e-book grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
You may:
Read the e-book.
Download the purchased PDF to your personal devices.
Store a personal backup copy.
Print a copy for your own personal use.
You may not:
Resell the e-book.
Redistribute the PDF.
Share copies with other people.
Upload the PDF publicly or post the full e-book online.
Make the PDF available through file-sharing services.
Reproduce substantial portions for resale or redistribution.
Turn the e-book into another digital product for sale.
Rebrand the e-book.
Remove authorship or copyright notices.
Claim the content as your own.
Sublicense or transfer your license to another person or business.
E-BOOK OWNERSHIP
All copyrights, intellectual property rights, and ownership of Hope Flow Bookz e-books remain with Hope Flow Studios LLC and the stated author. Purchasing an e-book does not transfer ownership, copyright, resale rights, or redistribution rights to the purchaser.
Because an e-book is a digital product, purchases are non-refundable once the e-book has been delivered or made available for download.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED MUSIC
Personalized songs are licensed for personal and family use, including private sharing and social posts that credit Hope Flow Music. Commercial release, streaming distribution, or broadcast use requires a written agreement with the studio.
REFUNDS
All digital products and personalized digital services are final sale and non refundable once delivered, downloaded, submitted for creation, or work has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to, digital designs, downloadable files, personalized songs, custom digital music, and other digital products or personalized digital content.
Please review all names, dates, stories, details, and product information carefully before submitting your order.
If a digital file is damaged, corrupted, or cannot be opened, contact Hope Flow Studios and we will make reasonable efforts to repair or replace the file.
